Can you accommodate large family groupings?  Absolutely! Our “great room” camera room was designed so that we can photograph groups as large as 30 people.  Families have a great time getting together at our studio.

Can we have our portraits taken outdoors?  Of course!  This is our specialty!  We are well known for our beautiful outdoor portrait park. Some features are the fantastic waterfall and pond with colorful koi, a gazebo, trees, flowers, Spanish arch, and a great area for cars, trucks, cycles and pets.  Be sure to come to see us soon!

Do you offer black and white portraits?  Yes!  Black and white photography is really popular at our studio, and a beautiful way to get elegant and artistic portraits.

Do you photograph weddings?  We can photograph your wedding party at the studio.  Bride alone, bride and groom, and the entire wedding party.  We can also make beautiful outdoor environmental wedding portraits right here on the grounds of our studio, or at a location of your choosing, (ie. park location or your home).  Please call us for availability.

Do you create pet portraits?  Yes.  We love animals.

Do you take passport and immigration photos?  No, we do not take these types of photos.

Do I need to make an appointment?  Yes.  Appointments are required for all photography sessions “sittings”.  We normally schedule sessions 1 to 3 weeks in advance.  If you are just “visiting” the studio, please call ahead.  Our schedule sometimes takes us out of the studio, and we would hate to miss you.

How long will it take to receive my portrait order?  We take time to prepare your images for printing.  Retouching and enhancements take time as well as printing and framing.  Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be processed.  If your order is from a “high school senior” session, it will take considerably longer, depending on how far along we are into our busy senior season.  Summer and fall orders take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks.  Please make us aware of any deadlines you may have (ie. birthday gift, anniversary gift, etc.).

How long do you keep the images made from my session on file?  All poses (images) made are kept on file for 1 year.  After the first year, we keep only the negatives you have ordered from, for an additional 2 more years.   It is best if you make any reorders within the first year.

Which credit cards do you accept?  Visa and MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted , as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or MasterCard logo.  We do not accept American Express cards.
